Operational Manager at Communicate Recruitment

You will be a part of the executive team working alongside the financial manager and reporting to CEO

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring goods and services are delivered properly
• Overseeing the implementations of WMS
• Effectively planning and managing workload
• Delegation of work and supervision
• Assist with overcoming logistic problems
• Provide alternative methods to promote efficiency
• Monitoring performance-based activities
• Management of employees

Skills & Experience:

• Good warehouse experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Excellent time management

Qualification:

• Minimum 10 plus years of working experience
• Minimum 3 years must have been in an operational manager position
