Operations Associate - Gig Retail (Cape Town) at Smollan

About the role

• Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a curious mindset? Smollan is seeking a motivated Operations Associates  to join our dynamic South Africa Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting successful day-to-day campaign management and media execution. You will collaborate with suppliers and manage various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all end-to-end BAU processes for client campaign bookings, ensuring adherence to internal and external media processes.
• Implement appropriate tracking mechanisms for all relevant parties to accurately land campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage third-party relationships from creation to execution for both printed and digital media.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with brand and client toolkits.
• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate.
• Coordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure accurate billing.
• Suggest and collaborate with the Operations Manager on best ways of working to streamline processes across the account.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12  Qualifications or equivalent.
• Relevant NQF 5

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Curious mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, collaboration, and communication skills.
