Operations Coordinator - Johannesburg at Unique Personnel

Job Description    
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee procurement of stock, ensuring it meets customer specifications and is sourced efficiently.
• Manage the consolidation, export, and delivery process to ensure smooth transit to the destination country.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to orders.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of goods.
• Maintain and update records related to orders, inventory, and shipping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Inherent Requirements    
Requirements: 

• Matric
• Pervious experience as an Operations Coordinator
• Strong numerical skills, with the ability to work with data and track key metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to handle data and create reports.
• Previous experience in FMCG, exports, or logistics will be beneficial.
• Must have the acumen to effectively deal with customers and address their needs.
