What you’ll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential, along with proven experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably within the EPC sector.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is highly desirable, coupled with strong project management skills and a keen understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Effective communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key traits for success in this role.
