Operations Manager at Boardroom Appointments

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
• Drive operational excellence across retail, warehouse and logistics functions
• Lead and develop operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support and improve retail store performance and customer experience
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory and distribution processes
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices
• Analyse operational performance and implement improvement initiatives
• Ensure business objectives are achieved while maintaining high operational standards
• Work closely with leadership to support business growth and operational strategy

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Management role
• Proven experience managing multiple operational functions
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Experience within one or more of the following industries:
• Retail
• FMCG
• Food Manufacturing
• Warehousing
• Distribution
• Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiencies and business performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous
