Operations Manager - Jhb Northern Suburbs at MECS (Pty) Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar senior role within the medical industry
• A pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of 5 medical centres
• Manage and work closely with Centre Managers
• Oversee and support the business operations
• Advanced GoodX experience is essential
• Proficient in word and excel (advanced skills)
• Exceptionally organised
• Excellent leadership skills
• Brilliant verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivate and lead the team
• Optimise productivity
• Exceptional problem solving and decision making abilities in high pressure situations
• Analytical skills to identify, address and resolve challenges

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team (Centre Managers)
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with operations
• Formulate strategy, improve performance, procuring resources and securing compliance
• Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and review potential scope for business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on departmental activities, performance, progress and outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with professionals

Education and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in Operations Management. 
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar senior role within the medical industry
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel
