Ops Specialist: Billing (National VAS) at BCX

Core Description

Supporting Business by preparing the pricing of non- tariff services; providing financial information for contractual purposes, as well as gathering and capturing all the invoicing information for solutions at an advanced level to ensure accurate and complete revenue generation.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Prepare Pricing annexure and quotes using pricing models and templates available and forward to the relevant role players.
• Providing financial information for contractual purposes
• Prepare Billing of all National Value-Added Service Products for Data services.
• Receive and analyse the request, calculate escalation of tariff and CPI, 
• Provide financial consultation with external role players. Prepare the pricing of non-tariff services. 
• Undertake adhoc functions such as special projects to enhance revenue generation.
•  Compile invoices and distribute to external customers based on signed agreements 
• Reconcile billed account using validated information for revenue assurance
• Identify and analyse query, evaluate and investigate query and liaise with relevant role player to resolve queries  
• To ensure that customer expectations are met by supporting and providing solutions to external customers' needs/ requests/ queries. Undertake adhoc functions (e.g. special projects) to enhance revenue generation.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Finance or Database Management
• OR NQF 4: Grade 12
• Additional Qualification preferred or advantage
• Experience
• 3 years of experience in finance, experience in billing and Database Management; Reporting
