Supporting Business by preparing the pricing of non- tariff services; providing financial information for contractual purposes, as well as gathering and capturing all the invoicing information for solutions at an advanced level to ensure accurate and complete revenue generation.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Prepare Pricing annexure and quotes using pricing models and templates available and forward to the relevant role players.

- Receive and analyse the request, calculate escalation of tariff and CPI,

Within the Fuel Services Environment: Accountable for the daily activities relating to inbound, storage and outbound stock / assets movement within the Distribution Centre. To be responsible for the physical receipt of goods inwards and the issue of stock against appropriate requisitions as well as stocks and stores items in good order, records stock movements and keeps the warehouse clean and tidy.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Ensure both inbound and outbound stock movement is executed in a timely, effective and efficient manner and executed in line in line with governing policy standards, controls and technology and in doing so, is positioned to return maximum value to overall stock management
- Accurate and timely processing of Inbound stock movement, both inventory and assets
- Hands all supplier and other received documentation to the administrator to process receipt of stock
- On confirmation from the administrator, bin and pack stock appropriately as per protocol
- Ensures that all stock is labelled and sealed with necessary packaging, description, access number and quality assurance labels to ensure easy retrieval
- Makes certain that groups of products or materials are packed together on shelves
- Accurate and timely processing of outbound stock movement, both inventory and assets, across any of the following areas/locations

- Regional distribution centres replenishments and / or requests
