Oracle Risk Management Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services

Job Description :

• Delivering Oracle Cloud Applications Security & Controls implementations and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules
• Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Security and controls.
• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
• Serve as liaison between Capgemini and client teams to drive security solution design specs

Required Skills:

• Strong BFSI industry experience
• Experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials / ERP Security & Controls.
• Full life cycle implementations including Design, Configure Test and Deploy phase. • Experience in design implementation, testing and deploying of Business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls.
• Strong experience in implementing out-of-the-box FDL/HDL tool, and application package migration tools.
• Strong understanding and implementation of segregation of duty frameworks and associated mitigating controls and SOD tools.
• Experience in implementing RMC modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financials Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC).

Nice to Have Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of key business processes, inherent risks, and potential controls.
• Strong understanding of regulatory concerns impacting Oracle Cloud environments relating to listed companies.
• Experience in integrating with Oracle Identity Cloud Services.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
• Minimum of 2- 3 project full life cycles with waterfall, and agile methodologies
• Oracle Cloud Certifications
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed
