Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF level 6)/ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Management Services/Operations Management/Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA.
2 years’ experience in Organisational Development or relevant field. Job Evaluation Certificate. Organisational Design certificate will serve as an added advantage. Valid driver’s license.
Duties :
To administer the provision of organisation design and Service Delivery Improvement in the department. Well administered organisation design and Service Delivery Improvement. Coordinate and facilitate job evaluation process, Co-ordination of logistical arrangements for departmental job evaluation panel and OOP meetings.
Coordinate and facilitate the development of job descriptions in the Department Gather and analyse relevant information from the available resources (Benchmarking, Desktop research).
Facilitate business process management and functional analysis in the Department, Develop and map business process and mapping session with senior stakeholders.
Facilitate and coordinate organisational design services within the Department Coordinate change management within the Department Coordinate the consultation process with relevant stakeholders on proposed structural changes and obtain necessary concurrence.
Provide inputs on the development and review of the departmental and provincial change management frameworks/policies.
