Organisational Development Manager at Belgotex Floors

Responsibilities 

• Develop and continuously improve organisational development, talent and learning strategies and frameworks.
• Translate business and people priorities into practical OD, talent and learning interventions.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead culture, employee engagement and employee listening initiatives, turning insights into meaningful action plans.
• Support organisational change through effective change-management and adoption approaches.
• Embed Belgotex values, behaviours and leadership expectations across the organisation.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and career development, including the identification of critical roles, key talent and succession risks.
• Design and implement leadership development, learning journeys and competency frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership conversations and team-effectiveness interventions.
• Manage OD initiatives from design through implementation, measuring impact and continuous improvement.
• Provide people insights, reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Learning and Development or a generalist HR environment.
• Experience designing and implementing culture, engagement, leadership, competency and talent-management interventions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability.
• The ability to translate people insights into practical organisational solutions.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, reporting tools and survey platforms.
• Registration as a Psychometrist and/or Organisational Psychologist would be advantageous. A postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, Change Management, Leadership Development or a related discipline would also be advantageous, as would experience in a manufacturing, operational or complex business environment.
