    Organisational Development Specialist - Takealot Group

    The Role:

    To research, design and deliver frameworks, practices and tools to effectively deliver Organisation Effectiveness. These include Employee Engagement, Organisation Design & Ways of working, Development of Organisational Culture, Digital Transformation & Change Management, Performance Management; Talent Management and Assessments

    This role reports to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness

    Your key responsibilities will be to:

    Conceptualise, research, design, develop and deliver:

    • customer-centric organisational structures and capabilities and ways of working that enable innovation, collaboration, team cohesion, agility and speed of execution
    • frameworks and practices that drive and embed a values-based and inclusive organisational culture
    • frameworks and practices that drive digital transformation and effective change management
    • frameworks, tools and people practices that enable the identification, management and retention of the best talent
    • internal and external research, benchmarking and analytics that provide appropriate insights to direct the people strategy and practices within the organisation
    • employee engagement tools, assessments that amplifies the employee voice to inform and direct people effectiveness and wellbeing solutions
    • Work with the business to implement changes, programs and practices in such a way that the business is enabled to be accountable.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant tertiary degree in Human Behaviourial sciences or related fields
    • Registered Industrial Psychologist would be an advantage
    • Sound knowledge and experience on Psychometric, leadership and team assessments is essential
    • 5+ years relevant experience in the field of organisation development and effectiveness
    • Proven track record of delivering organisational effectiveness with excellent skills and experience in research, benchmarking, designing and developing frameworks, policies, tools and business metric to develop organisational structures and capabilities
    • Proven ability of enabling an organization to be accountable for organizational changes and effectiveness.
