Organisational Effectiveness Specialist - Centurion at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of organisational effectiveness initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and advising on improvements to organisational structures, operational frameworks, and practices, and contributing to cultural transformation.

Requirements:

• Completion of an HPCSA-approved internship in Industrial Psychology (Required), HPCSA Registration: PSIN or PS (Required), Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology (Required)

Required Experience:

• 1 year of demonstrated experience in organisational design and development, at an Industrial Psychology Intern level, including exposure to individual, team, and organisational behaviour change

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Support:

• Assist in supporting change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organisational structure and culture changes., Data Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and data from various departments.
• Assist in the analysis of employee, and other organisational data to inform recommendations.
• Help develop and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis to support decisionmaking and organisational improvements.

Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on organisational needs and opportunities for improvement., Organisational Design & Effectiveness:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational frameworks and initiatives that support overall business strategy and performance.
• Assist in reviewing and adjusting organisational structures, people strategies, and work designs to ensure alignment with the organisation’s goals.
