Outsourcing Manager/Purchasing Managers at ZTE

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the subcontractor prequalification of ZTE, maintenance the partner relationship.
2. Take part in the outsourcing purchasing team, support the project bidding and execution, outsourcing purchase and cost estimation.
3. Responsible for the subcontractor implementation management, including planning, cost, quality, progress.
4. Responsible for the subcontractor agreement negotiation and signing.
5. Responsible for the subcontractor management of the projects, outsourcing requirement submit, outsourcing settlement & payment procedure.
6. Responsible for subcontractor pool establishment and bring up the potential subcontracts.
7. Responsible for organizing the subcontractor trainings and skill qualifications.
8. Responsible for the local outsourcing cost data base construction.
9. Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager.
10. Share the experience to all team members.
11. Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.

Qualification

1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2. 5 years experience in outsourcing of telecommunication area, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
3. With strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill.
5. Proficient in English.
