We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our client’s team, an established supplier of plastic packaging in South Africa.
As the Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
To be considered for this position, you must have a National Senior Certificate and experience in the FMCG and packaging industry. You should have proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Business development and business-to-business experience will also be necessary. You must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Your duties will include planning sales calls, visiting clients, and seeking out new business opportunities. You’ll also be expected to analyse market trends, manage sales administration and resolve customer complaints. Meeting sales revenue targets each quarter and submitting weekly sales reports. Building and maintaining positive business relationships with customers will be crucial for your success in this role.
