    Paid Search Specialist

    • We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of Meltwater’s Paid Search (PPC) execution across priority markets. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong focus on bidding, ad optimization, landing pages and general optimization of high-priority and high-intent keywords that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.
    • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deep in the account daily — analysing performance, adjusting bids, refining keyword strategy, and continuously improving efficiency in competitive search environments.

    What You'll Do:
    Paid Search / PPC Execution

    • Execute and optimise Paid Search campaigns primarily across Google Ads (but not limited to)
    • Actively manage manual bidding strategies for high-priority, high-intent keywords
    • Perform daily bid adjustments based on performance trends, auction insights, and competitive dynamics
    • Build and maintain tightly structured keyword and ad group frameworks focused on bottom-funnel intent
    • Conduct regular search term analysis and maintain robust negative keyword lists to protect efficiency
    • Landing page and content optimizations (i.e. dynamic pages based on keywords)
    • Support in managing EMEA budgets for best possible outcome
    • Support in monthly reporting on performance and optimization suggestions
    • Optimisation & Testing
    • Monitor and optimise performance across key metrics including CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution
    • Improve Quality Scores through continuous optimisation of keywords, ad copy, and landing page relevance
    • Run ongoing A/B tests on ad copy, match types, and bidding approaches
    • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing keywords while maintaining cost efficiency

    Reporting & Collaboration

    • Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing EMEA
    • Track and report on Paid Search performance with clear, actionable insights
    • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align keyword priorities with commercial goals
    • Support broader performance marketing initiatives as required

    What You'll Bring:

    • 2–4 years of hands-on Paid Search / PPC experience
    • Strong experience with manual bidding and optimisations on competitive, high-value keywords
    • Deep understanding of Google Ads fundamentals, including match types, Quality Score, auction insights, and bid optimisation
    • Proven ability to optimise high-intent, lower-volume keywords that drive qualified leads and pipeline
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into concrete optimisation actions
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in B2B SaaS or complex lead-generation models
    • Exposure to multi-market or global Paid Search accounts
    • Knowledge of German or French
    • Familiarity with attribution, pipeline reporting, and revenue metrics
    • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
    • Previous experience with Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Marketo / Pardot / Hubspot)
