    Partner & Alliances Manager

    Partner Manager will support Business Development covering Solutions and Alliances for Global SI, regional SI’s and regional resellers AND is focused across all product lines and industry sectors.
    This position will plan and direct all aspects of the Software AG relationship with named partners with a view to creating New Revenue streams through co-sell, resell, partner lead generation and to ensure supportive (influence) major transactions. This position must work collaboratively with Software AG global teams including: Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing specifically.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    •  The overarching goals of this position are to support the direct Sales field and:
    •  Drive Partner Influenced Revenue to our sales field
    •  Provide entry into new accounts via the partners relationships providing the opportunity for a new software license sale
    •  To drive Partner Revenue (co-sell, sell to, lead generation and resell)
    •  To enable the partner to promote and deliver SAG based solutions
    •  Grow/increase software deal sizes through SI’s relationships across accounts
    •  Regain prominent role for SAG technologies at the forefront of partners solution offerings and to ensure we are preferred standard.
    •  Establish relationships, regular communication, and field execution with regional SI’s and resellers. Operationally, this position will be responsible for excellence in the requirements listed below.
    •  SI Adoption – Present and pitch to different teams and groups across the partner organizations to drive adoption, momentum and understanding of SAG capabilities.
    •  Field Alignment – manage account mapping engagements between partner and RSM’s.
    •  Solution Development – Work with partners to identify go to market solutions across sectors and all SAG based solutions.
    •  Opportunity and Pipeline Management ensure forecasting is accurate and maintained within Salesforce.
    •  Training – Provide access to and coordinate training for the partners on SAG products.
    •  Partner Communication – Regularly scheduled pipeline review calls with each partner.
    •  Internal Communication – Communicate within Software AG the success, status and progress on a regular basis on the partner relationships.
    •  Marketing – work with the partners on appropriate campaigns, promotional activities and to secure sponsorship for events such as Innovation World.
