Activities
Establish new partnerships for our brand within retail marketing, Loyalty, Shops, Foods and services business for our Branded and non-Branded stores to achieve annual sales and recurring revenue targets
Key Responsibilities:
Work with partner companies to establish and maintain the direction and scope for implementation and maintenance of partnership agreements, including defining key activities and their respective timelines and assigning responsibilities between partners
Work closely with Product Management to build new products, and customize existing products, to foster an enhanced joint value proposition and accelerating revenue growth
Gather partner feedback and market insights to ensure joint offerings maintain a value-based pricing framework capable of sustaining partnership margin
Work with sales and marketing to provide new content for strategic product positioning, and sales tools designed to drive partner productivity
Understand and manage the contractual agreement, issue resolution, oversight of the relationship with the alliance partner and communication with the Partner, Executive Leader and Alliance teams (as appropriate for the alliance)
Facilitate effective functioning of the Alliance Governance structure
Organize alliance meetings as required either internal or joint meetings with the partner including providing agendas, minutes and distribution of relevant material prior to and post meetings
Monitor and report on the progress of the Alliance against expectations and the health of the relationship
As possible and appropriate, provide input during the Alliance negotiation about contract terms and the negotiation approach so as to set the stage for a functional working relationship
Ensure the Alliance is prepared for the impact of TotalEnergies policies and procedures and can respond to changes in Partners policies and procedures
Serve as the key point of contact and facilitate interactions between the Parties
Schedule and coordinate attendance at meetings, Create and circulate agendas for meetings
Facilitate calls for Funding Award proposals
Keep project portfolio active, updated and in line with the affiliate’s network development strategy
Carries out preliminary studies and identifies the potential and responsible for Network segmentation process
Analyze and proposes the different types of business models (COCO, CODO, DODO…)
Devises and proposes a prioritized investment program to his hierarchy, in line with profitability targets (IRR, NPV, payback)
Make sure that HSE standards and rules are a prerequisite for each investment file
Follow up files for his sector and coordinates action by the various stakeholders (sales, legal, technical…)
Achieves the fuel potential estimation and determines the potential of commercial activities of the projects with the stakeholders
Proposes the plan layout, the capacity storage required, the space layout etc.
Relays the business requirements to the construction team
Reports the Retail development activities to a monthly development committee
Present files and economic calculation files
Presents the projects to the Retail Manager
Negotiates rent payable for active sites and make investment decisions in meetings with sales and maintenance teams
Monitors, on a regular basis and at key stages, progress in construction in cooperation with departments concerned and checks compliance with the programs defined
Organizes and manages commercial acceptance for Rebuild and Modernization projects, with written follow-up
Conducts safety visits to the sites under construction to ensure HQSE compliance, with written follow-up
Coordinates all activities with stakeholders through regular meetings documented by written reports
Conducts regular visits in his zone (competitors, TotalEnergies and environment)
Monitors post-investment aspects for all projects
Follow up (volumes, EBITDA, SFS sales, CAPEX, duration of construction)
Give feedback on projects by reporting observations, analyses and conclusions to his/her hierarchy
