Grade 12 or NQF Level 4. Knowledge of Public Service Legislation and relevant policies and directives. Computer literacy.
Duties :
Registration of patient information and subsequent visits on HIS (Health Information System), classification of patients according to Uniform Patient Fee Schedule, discharges patient files and generate revenue.
Perform administrative tasks relating to general office functions, communication with patients, community and employees, filing and retrieving of patient records, compiling statistics, attending to queries, adhere to Batho Pele principles and Patients’ rights charter, assist in writing minutes and maintain the database of all the patients. good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to rotate and work shift.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor that are related to the job description that is lawful.
