A leading export farming concern is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in the Groblersdal area.
Job Description
Processes wages payroll by capturing time and attendance and adjustments on the time and attendance software.
Prepares third party payments such as medical aid, garnishees, provident fund.
Prepares and processes all staff loans and deductions.
Updates all employee information on the payroll system and makes changes per production requirements
Checks exception reports and makes necessary corrections
Prepares and processes end of contracts/terminations and changes in employee status
Reconciles and monitors creche expenditure
Maintains and updates employee information (including employee details, leave, study)
Maintains relationships with individuals necessary in the conduct of duties
Updates and maintains employee information and personnel files with all required documentation and information
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Matric Certificate
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years transactional payroll processing
SAGE People 300 experience essential
Valid Drivers licence
Awareness of Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act and other relevant legislation
