    Payroll Administrator - Edenvale

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our organization using the Sage 300 software. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining employee files, employee records on SAGE 300 and PRP and drafting employee exit documentation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and efficiently using Sage 300 software.
    • Calculate and record payroll deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
    • Manage employee data and ensure accurate and up-to-date records within the payroll system.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
    • Download employee hours from Time and Attendance system (PRP) and import into SAGE for processing
    • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
    • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
    • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator using Sage 300
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, and laws.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of accuracy and efficiency in performing payroll tasks.
    • Relevant certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.

    Experience:

    • 2 to 3 years experience as a Payroll Administrator
