We are recruiting a passionate graduate to join our dynamic team as a PAYROLL GRADUATE to be based at our Head Office in Bryanston, Gauteng. Dive into the world of payroll and admin as you kick-start your career with hands-on experience in every phase of the employee life cycle! As the PAYROLL GRADUATE, you will form part of our well-developed Shared Services structure that spans across IT, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Logistics, Marketing, and Field Marketing, enabling us to leverage our scale effectively.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate: Work with payroll stakeholders to understand Business Unit rules and processes.
• Process Payroll: Help calculate, process, and prepare monthly and weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Support: Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance departments.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legislation, policies, and audit procedures.
• Take Initiative: Handle additional payroll and admin duties as assigned. 

What you will need to be considered:

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor of Commerce ideally a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in either of the following disciples: Management, Corporate Communications, Business Management or General
• A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies 

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible Availability: As part of understanding and learning every phase of the employee life cycle, you will be seconded to one of our factories for between 3 to 6 months based in Isando, Kempton Park or Rosslyn, Pretoria
• Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and ask questions in a fast-paced factory environment.
