We are recruiting a passionate graduate to join our dynamic team as a PAYROLL GRADUATE to be based at our Head Office in Bryanston, Gauteng. What You Will Do:
- Collaborate: Work with payroll stakeholders to understand Business Unit rules and processes.
- Process Payroll: Help calculate, process, and prepare monthly and weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Support: Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance departments.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legislation, policies, and audit procedures.
- Take Initiative: Handle additional payroll and admin duties as assigned.
What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor of Commerce ideally a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in either of the following disciples: Management, Corporate Communications, Business Management or General
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible Availability: As part of understanding and learning every phase of the employee life cycle, you will be seconded to one of our factories for between 3 to 6 months based in Isando, Kempton Park or Rosslyn, Pretoria
