Job Description

• The People & Business Enablement (PBE) is a strategic business partner function focused on enabling organisational performance through people, culture and capability.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide people advisory, workforce support and People & Business Enablement services within the business area, applying enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience and business performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (required).

Experience:

• 5–8 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in People & Business Enablement / HR Advisory.
• Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience across multidisciplinary HR/PBE practices.
• Experience supporting managers with workforce, employee and performance matters.
• Experience translating people frameworks and initiatives into practical business
