• Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate People Consultant to provide support in HR analytics by supporting the team in terms of reporting, presentations, event management and administrative support. You will play a critical role in the People team by assisting to provide accurate data and analytics. If you're passionate about HR and ready to take on a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you! 

As a People Consultant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Weekly & Monthly reporting and monitoring 
• Management of Power BI and Report Building and regular Maintenance
• Data Integrity of all reports 
• Administration, Data Management and Reporting Insights 
• People Management 
• Teamwork and Self-management
• Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
• Maintain and regularly update organizational charts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company structure.
• Compile and analyze HR data to support decision-making and reporting on key metrics.

Requirements
What are we looking for? 

To qualify for this role, you should have:  

• 4 – 5 years’ Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
• Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
• Human Resources
• Proven experience or understanding of Power BI, report building and regular maintenance
• Analytics 
• Experience in meeting coordination (agenda setting, minute-taking, follow-up on actions) and project tracking.
• Prior experience with diary management for senior executives, including scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Data reporting and analysis experience, with the ability to prepare and interpret HR-related metrics and dashboards.
• Familiarity with updating organizational charts and maintaining accurate records.
• Above average Excel skills
