    People Partner (HR Business Partner)

    About the job

    • An exciting career opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner, to collaborate with the business to ensure operational effectiveness and optimal management of the human capital in the business. Delivery and overall compliance, and provide functional leadership to the HR community.


    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    • Effective Capacity Planning and Employment
    • Assist with the identifying of potential in conjunction with Line Management
    • Facilitate Career Pathing
    • Ensure knowledge of and adherence to ER Procedures, Policies and Legislation
    • Facilitate and involvement in i.e. ER and Performance Matters
    • Ensure consistency of standards in the application of ER matters
    • Monitor performance and take appropriate action
    • Ensure that HR delivery is in line with Company Policy and Procedure
    • Effective Management of Projects to achieve standardization across the business
