Job Overview 

We are seeking a talented and experienced People Partner to join our team. The People Partner will be responsible for managing and implementing various HR programs and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders and managers to provide guidance and support on employee relations,  performance management, and talent development
• Collaborate with teams to identify, develop, and implement HR solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the business
• Conduct regular meetings with employees to address any HR-related issues or concerns
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
• Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and retention
• Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
