JOB TITLE:
Performance Marketing Specialist
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search and display platforms and inbound marketing activities. He will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with client’s objectives. To be ideal for this role, our candidates have already decided on a career in SEM and inbound marketing. In addition they are highly motivated to continue learning and growing in the field.
DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA’s):
Strategize, execute, monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns which includes creating and setting up campaigns on HubSpot.
Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
Maintain accounts, manage daily and monthly budget caps, and performance against KPIs and provide recommendations to clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA in Marketing or any related field
Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
Performance marketing experience highly desirable
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code...)
Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
Experience with Kontentino, HubSpot and Workbook.
Excellent copy skills a bonus
Willingness to constantly learn new skills and adapt to new tools as needed
Openness to doing other digital administrative tasks as arise including uploading databases, liaising between service providers and more
Excellent attention to details is a MUST, shortlisted candidates will be given a test
