    Personal Assistant to the Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
    • Assist with financial tasks, including basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
    • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate or degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
    • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
