It may not be F1, but we want our customer pit stops to be almost as fast – just with a smile and excellent service. You will also need to work safely, making sure the sales are carefully recorded and keep the forecourt neat and safe. The incumbent is responsible for filling customer’s vehicles with fuel and collecting payments from customers.

HARD SKILLS:

• Matric
• Good at Maths.

SOFT SKILLS:

• You need to be a happy person who works well in a team.
• Acceptance that our customers are most important.
• Able to move at speed to get things done.
• There is shift work

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level of customer service continuously
• Ensure paper trail and traceability of all transactions
• Provide clean environment on the Forecourt and the Fresh shop.
• Ensure that forecourt and pump islands are clean
• Refuelling of customer vehicles and tanks
• Protection of company assets and stock
• Ensure safety standards/regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance whilst on duty.
