PHP Developer (Systems & Integrations) at Vaimo

Key Responsibilities:

• Data model design together with clients and PIM consultants for top-level brands
• Implementing PIM solutions based on Akeneo
• Building integrations between different systems and platforms
• Projects are for both new clients and further development of existing PIM-system

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Coding language/ techniques:

• MySQL/Percona/MariaDB experience
• PHP7+ with a strong focus on OOP
• Good coding standards (PSR) with design pattern experience
• GIT version control
• Web Services and handling integrations between different systems and platforms: GraphQL/RESTful
• Symfony framework knowledge with Doctrine experience is an advantage
• PIM knowledge in general and Akeneo in specific is an advantage
• You don’t need to have a university-level education as long as you have a strong technical interest and are genuinely interested in making great solutions. You probably have programmed as a hobby and naturally, keep up to date with new trends and possibilities in PHP and MySQL. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, are humble and flexible in different situations. You are open to learning new frameworks and tools.
• Fluent English is required, both verbal and written.
