Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to forecast stock requirements.
• Develop and implement merchandise plans aligned with sales and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns.
• Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and reports to stakeholders on sales, stock, and margins.
• Work closely with store teams to understand customer demands and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in merchandise planning or a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data interpretation and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail planning software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
