Porter/Driver (Gauteng, Centurion) at ANEW Hotels & Resorts

Minimum Requirements

• Matric 
• Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
• +2 years experience as a Porter/Driver 
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Drivers license with a PDP
• Observant and proactive
• Ability to lift heavy objects

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely as they enter the room, project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.        
• Inform guests of the services and accommodation rates in the hotel.
• Build good relations with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the hotel.                            
• To ensure communication and cooperation with relevant departments particularly housekeeping and restaurant.  
• To ensure that enquiries, messages, are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
