    Portfolio Reporting Analyst

    Purpose of the job

    • As the Portfolio Reporting Analyst, you will support teams and stakeholders with the execution of the management reporting framework, approach, standards and processes for all projects and programmes across the portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and reliable reports that depict the progress across the Product and Innovation portfolio of projects, including status, activities, challenges and key decisions needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate reports and manage report templates
    •  Collects, organizes, and compiles data into a series of reports that are distributed on a timely basis to the P&I leadership and SLT
    •  Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards
    •  Monitor report completion for accuracy and consistency of data
    •  Support Product & Innovation leadership with the preparation of updates and management reporting packs
    • Build relationships and collaboration
    •  Build strong relationships with portfolio and product stakeholders across P&I in order to create timely and accurate reports
    •  Supporting product and project managers in the execution of projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

    Data and analytics

    •  Analysing Product portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    Knowledge, skills and experience required

    •  Experience in a portfolio reporting role
    •  Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to edit text into concise language appropriate for reports and presentations
    •  Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
    •  Strong skills in graphical presentation of data with specific knowledge of and experience with databases; computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
    •  Capacity to working both individually and as part of a team.
    •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems.
    •  Ability to work effectively with a group of global stakeholders
    •  You have experience of working across a variety of change initiatives e.g. IT, Business Change, programmes and projects, product teams, agile and waterfall
