Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, billing, and expense management
• Maintain and enhance client satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow and productivity
• Manage the procurement of supplies and resources to support practice needs
• Coordinate with medical or professional staff to address operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and billing
• Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of client care and practice performance
