Responsibilities
Assisting in the implementation of supply chain management processes.
Maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and analysing supply chain data to support decision-making.
Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes, track purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and policies and maintaining proper documentation for all supply chain management activities.
Generating and distributing reports on supply chain management activities.
Providing administrative support to the supply chain management team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. And coordinating with other documents.
