A relevant Master’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience in academic administration. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills, be highly proficient in computer applications, and possess a thorough understanding of the higher education sector, including relevant policies, principles, and guidelines.
The candidate must have experience in academic governance processes, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in academic program planning and implementation and be skilled in compiling reports for various stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, along with exceptional office administration and management abilities, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Academic Administration – Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation while supporting academic program planning and implementation.
Quality Assurance & Governance – Assist in academic governance processes, ensure compliance with policies, and support monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning.
Reporting & Data Management – Compile reports, analyze data for decision-making, and ensure accurate HEMIS data submission.
