We are seeking a highly experienced Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, with the ability to effectively manage a team of operations administrators. The successful candidate will be a team player, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of operations administrators to ensure efficient and effective office operations
Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to streamline processes
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of administrative staff
Monitor and manage the department budget, including expense tracking and reporting
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate administrative support for various projects and initiatives
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
