Principal Architect at CSG International

Job Description

Provides overall technical leadership for end to end BSS/OSS enterprise architecture solutions, including integration with partner/third party components ensuring end to end functionality of software is within the scope of business need.  Translate customer requirements into software specifications.  Proactively identifies and defines methodology, processes and quality assurance requirements.   Collaborates, coaches and mentors the architect and development team to promote product and industry knowledge.  Recommends and ensures compliance to standards.

• Subject matter expert for one or more CSG products and implementation steps or domain areas, including the business value associated with the delivery of the technical solution.
• Thorough knowledge of CSG’s entire product portfolio.
• Expert understanding of business technology, telecom networks, and data structures to which CSG products integrate.
• Expert design skills with ability to document the designs.
• Ability to abstract complex ideas and communicate them clearly and simply
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories.
• Solid team leadership skills to exchange ideas and create a common understanding of project work from conception through issue resolution.
• Expert level communication and presentation skills to influence and gain cooperation both with customer and internally. Ability to interact comfortably with senior management and to convey information at the appropriate level.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
