Assist the Senior Professional Officer Facilities Management Services in the provision of Facilities Management services to a portfolio of assets.
Responsible for the management of assets, logistics, staff and systems
The coordination of processes involved in outsourced contracts by ensuring the efficient administration and implementation of Service
Level and operational agreements
Overseeing the provision and management of tenant related
services to corporate buildings and buildings owned by centralized asset users by ensuring that all tenant related services are rendered
Managing interaction with customers which include tenants, Client Departments, contractors and the public
Undertake inspections and ensure completion of Facility Checklists at facilities to ensure that tenant services and maintenance standards are adhered to
