TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R965 778 PER ANNUM

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
• 8 years relevant experience in enterprise development, local economic development, etc. and project management
• Report writing
• Strong leadership skills
• Stakeholder management
• Communication skills
• Project implementation and management
• Computer proficiency (MS Office packages)
• A valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Key Performance Areas:

• Provide strategic support with the implementation of Enterprise and Supplier Development policies, frameworks and programmes
• Deliver and maintain an effective one stop shop service (including the business support management system) to ensure customer centricity and address red tape
• Implement Business Support through City Procurement, i.e. Enterprise and Supplier Development projects aligned with the Amended BBBEE Act requirements
• Implement Business Incubation and Innovation projects, i.e. use of vacant city facilities for incubation hubs/business development centres, etc.
