Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• ECSA registration as Professional Engineering Technician (Pr Techni Eng.)
• More than 8 years’ relevant experience
• Computer literacy: MS Office
• Valid driver’s Licence
• Physically fit and able bodied

Key Performance Areas

• Implement Zone management, treated effluent and spring water programmes.
• Maintain and Monitor District Metered Areas and Pressure Management Zones.
• Ensure visibility, monitor and report on the performance of zones
• Develop and implement business plans and processes.
• Plan and implement capital and operational projects associated with water use efficiency.
• Ensure approved budget expenditure in line with MFMA and CCT instructions.
• Compile specifications and manage tender processes compliant with statutory requirements.
• Assume the role of a contract manager, project manager or contract administrator in line with CCT instructions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
