Job Description    
RCL FOODS seeks an organised and influential Process Controller with impressive planning and coaching skills to join our Baking Division in Pretoria West.

• The role will reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for managing and exceeding productivity and targets through effective and efficient management of equipment, processes and people resources.

Minimum Requirements    

• Completed Grade 12 and studying toward / completed a Tertiary Qualification.
• Gained more than 3 years of experience at a Supervisory level within an FMCG production environment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office).
• Knowledge and experience with 5S / TPM / RTT advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage individual and team performance.
• Leading one-on-one and team briefings.
• Ensure regulatory Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards are communicated, understood & maintained by Staff.
• Maintain favourable working environment with regards to company policies and procedures, recognition agreement and labour legislation.
• Maintenance of facilities and equipment to meet required standards.
• Capturing all data into current systems and provide senior management with performance reports as requested.
• Support all Team Leaders in achieving targets.
• Manage and support all record-keeping and confirmation processes.
• Submitting and capturing of all job cards into the Pragma system.
• Support and communication to operators.
• Support Production Manager’s responsibilities.
• Support secondary packing areas if required (Old Premix, maize packing, wheat packing).
• Drive all machine performance targets.
• Execution of daily and weekly planned housekeeping activities.
• Keep waste on all machines within specifications and drive to 1% targets all the time.
• Support in the training of all personnel.
• Complete PJO's periodically.
• Supporting Production Manager in 5S implementation.
• Development of SOPs.
• Supporting Production Manager with meeting preparation of dashboard updates.
• Support Production Manager in raw material and stock management processes.
• Support Production Manager in implementing various production initiatives.
• Assist in Hazardous Identification Risk Assessment.
• Trouble shooting process challenges with the aid of the engineering team.
