Process Manager (Engineering/Mineral Processing/EPCM) – Cape Town at CA Mining

Job Description:

Our client, an EPCM, is seeking a Process Manager to strategically drive leadership of the companies’ Process team. This Cape Town based leadership role will lead and continue to develop the Process group to world class standard in all areas of Minerals Processing.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the management of process design for feasibility studies and EPCM briefs.
• Coordinate Process Group resources to allocate the most suitable resources for the delivery of studies and projects.
• Manage the work allocation in conjunction with the respective Group Managers
• Oversee Process Group technical and quality excellence.
• Assist with Business Development where required.
• Development of company knowhow and expertise.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Tertiary Qualification as a Metallurgist, Chemical Engineer or Process Engineer.
• Demonstrated success in business leadership as an EPCM leader of a Process function.
• Minimum 20 years of combined operations/commissioning and engineering design experience.
• Able and Willing to travel on assignments of up to 6-week cycles when commissioning process plants.
