Procurement Support at Alstom

• Control parameters and needs before orders placement
• Place orders and manage them on SAP system
• Analyse ERP data & escalate gaps or anomalies to sourcing, finance, logistics and procurement departments
• Support sourcing to update financial dashboard
• Track and manage order acknowledgement receipts
• Manage purchasing documents classification

Measurements

• Number of orders placed
• Turnaround time for orders placement
• Late order placement or quantities gaps

Requirements

• Recognised technical qualification (Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent)
• Matric/National Senior Certificate

Desired Knowledge And Experience

• Similar experince of 3-5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment
• ERP : SAP (HAVD)
• Experience with MS Office tools
• Excellent and concise communication
• Active team player, deadline driven, process driven
