    Product Management Manager XP

    Areas Of Responsibilities

    • Marketing
    • Define business strategy for the RSA & SADC XP business
    • Maintain alignment to the Zone MESA, the global business line, as well as the local company objectives
    • Develop and execute marketing plans for the XP business line
    • Define product introduction plans as and when required
    • Understand the competitive landscape, with regular updates to the organisation
    • Responsible for the positive development of XP market share
    • Sales Funnel Management
    • Responsible for the development of a transparent XP sales funnel
    • Manage the XP sales funnel, within the company CRM system (OSC and Shareville)
    • Maintain alignment with Account Executives and Key Account Managers on the sales funnel
    • Drive funnel development towards the achievement of the company objectives
    • Maintain alignment between OSC and external sources (COCIR) for the prevention of blind spots
    • Customer Contact
    • Maintain regular XP customer contact to ensure customers are updated with our latest offerings
    • Assist Account Executives and Key Account Managers in understanding customer needs
    • Translate customer needs into company offerings, beyond a product offering, to consider our full range of services, in order to better meet the customer requirements
    • Ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services
    • Conduct customer presentations, as and when required
    • Financial and Business
    • Responsible for the XP top line budget, in accordance with the Zone, in alignment to the local company objectives
    • Maintain a monthly forecast in terms of orders and revenue, in alignment with the sales funnel, towards the achievement of budget
    • Maintain the required product pricing (prf)
    • Strive to minimise non-conformance costs with projects
    • Compliance
    • Ensure ISO Compliance 9001 and 13485.
    • Complying with local and international rules and regulations.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • National Dip Clinical / Electronic Engineering or National Dip Radiography or similar qualification
    • Additional business, management, or marketing qualifications advantageous
    • Proven business management or sales track record advantageous
    • Strong customer relationships within Radiology essential
    • Understanding of the South African & SADC market essential
    • Excellent understanding of product portfolio essential
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills essential
    • Have a valid passport
    • Have a valid South African drivers license
    • You must not have restrictions to travel within SADC and abroad
