Product Manager at Parvana

What you will be doing:

• Work together with other teams to figure out what is needed and how a feature can be successful.
• Clearly explain feature requirements and test data to Engineering.
• Create wireframes to effectively communicate and refine feature ideas.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for your assigned areas, making data-driven decisions.
• Document business and functional requirements, maintaining a prioritised backlog.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Keep up with competitor products and industry trends.
• Participate in and support action items from team meetings.
• Provide release notes and internal product training on new features.
• Review and approve new features before deployment.
• Work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Work closely with Support to triage and prioritise bugs.
• Work with UX to communicate design requirements and conduct user testing.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial.
• 5+ years' experience on a product team, preferably in the B2B software industry.
• Experience working with a globally-disbursed team.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint, Azure DevOps is a plus..
• Customer empathy and dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to analyse the situation, define key objectives, and create/execute action plans.
• Adept at prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on deadlines.
• Understanding of UX principles.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
