Product Operations Specialist at Stitch

The Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join the team and ensure we are able to operationalise and optimise a fast scaling product led organisation. We work closely with external partners, and you would work directly with them - the majority of whom are in banking operations. Your role will center around managing our operational requirements with product partners and ensuring smooth delivery of product services.

An ideal candidate will have the experience and initiative to own this very important piece of our product lifecycle. This role will be pivotal to the success of scaling our rapidly growing product features, while offering a great stepping stone for someone looking to get into Product and/or Operations at a high-growth financial technology startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the operational requirements for Stitch to maintain banking partnerships
• Own the opening and ongoing management of bank accounts to support our product development needs
• Assist our quality assurance function in testing the accounts to complete product quality audits
• Manage regular service reviews to ensure partner delivery standards meet the Product team’s needs
• Escalate high priority issues to banking partners and own the resolutions and comms

Requirements

• Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent working experience
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience working in Information Technology, Business or Corporate Banking
• Process driven, organised and resourceful
• Comfortable working in a new, open area and being creative with how to approach it
• Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator

Advantageous

• Knowledge or experience in the financial services sector
• Experience in a financial technology or technology startup
