    Product Owner, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)

    The Role

    Within Atlas Copco IT Services, we are looking for a Product Owner for the Contact Center as a Service (8x8) product with years of proven experience in the CCaaS and UCaaS space. You will be part of a team of Solution Owners & Architects.  As a Product Owner for Contact Center as a Service, your mission is:

    • Take end-to-end accountability for the Contact Center product. Works closely with all relevant stakeholders, the MS Teams Product Owner and the Collaboration Solution Owner to lead them to maximize operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 
    • Continuously improves the quality of the CCaaS product in all aspects of stability, availability, development, training, and documentation.
