Product Owner/ Head of Software Delivery at Communicate Recruitment

• As the Head of Software Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our business requirements
• Drawing on your prior experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, you will take control of the end-to-end management and delivery of our product backlog
• Collaborating closely with our Product Manager, you will translate business requirements into technical user stories and manage the prioritization and delivery of detailed user stories and product backlog
• Working with a team of highly skilled developers, you will drive the agile development process, managing sprint allocations, daily stand-ups, and agile ceremonies
• You will be responsible for managing release schedules and environment data deploys, as well as collaborating with the Product Manager and business team to manage ad hoc development requests
• Additionally, you will engage with our visual designer on UI components and ensure the delivery of projects through the complete development lifecycle

Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams and projects
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, preferably in Information Technology or Information Systems, is required
• Experience as a Scrum Master is essential, and excellent planning, communication, and people skills are a must
