Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of performance and attribution analytics? Join our dynamic team at Confluence as a Product Owner! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our talented Product Managers and Product Owners to drive the Agile delivery of Confluence's top-tier analytics solutions.
As a key player in our Agile Scrum team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge performance and attribution analytics. You'll dive into multi-asset class calculations and analysis, implement sophisticated attribution models, and master transaction-based performance metrics. Additionally, you'll lead the charge in macro and factor-based attribution.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll bring a passion for sustainability, acting as an expert voice on these matters within our development teams.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will be highly proficient at analysis and critical thinking, with a 'get it done' mentality.
You will need relevant performance and attribution analytics background with real world experience. Hands on expertise with Confluence Revolution suite or similar products is a strong bonus.
You will need a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile product ownership or performance professional services/analysis role coupled with Agile product owner education. A strong understanding of end-to-end processes with ability to multi-task.
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as be fluent in English to confidently discuss technical matters (another European language is a plus).
You may have worked as a ‘Product Manager', or 'Product Specialist ’.
